Dr. Bernard Nikaj is an adjunct professor at RIT Kosovo, researcher, and public policy expert specializing in governance, international relations, and European integration. He has served as Kosovo’s Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg, Head of Mission to the EU and NATO, and Minister of Trade and Industry.
